Shalini, despite living in a challenging environment on the Paramakudi riverbed, demonstrated exceptional academic promise by scoring 400 in her SSLC exams. Seeing her abilities and the power of education, we urged her to study further despite pressures from society to marry early.
Shalini not only scored well in her 11th public exam, she is now seriously preparing for the 12th standard. Moreover, she embodies the spirit of giving back by actively teaching other students residing near the riverbed.
