Activity Type: Skill Project
Location: Paramakudi
Fund: 1000/- per month
Despite living in a challenging environment without electricity in a riverside hut near Paramakudi, 15-year-old Maari had a great talent for drawing. Recognizing his potential, VFH Foundation’s Talented Teachers program welcomed him, impressed by his artistic skills, and then our volunteers connected Maari with an artisan course offered through the Foundation’s Skills Development Project. This opportunity helped Maari to pursue his dream of becoming an artisan.
