The Education Project is a flagship initiative of the VFH Foundation. Our goal is to make education accessible for all. We believe every student deserves a chance to shine, regardless of any obstacles. That’s why our dedicated volunteers reach out to those who have fallen behind, facing financial barriers, or any other problem. We then sponsor their education all the way to graduation. We don’t just offer a hand, we become partners on their journey.
But the journey doesn’t end there. The Kalam Project, another VFH initiative, bridges the gap between education and employment. We provide skill development training and connect them with employment opportunities. We aim to build a community where everyone can live happily. Community Development Project:
(i) Narikuravar Project: Education for all, future for all
Here, the VFH Foundation opposes child marriage and its effects on education among girls in this Narikuravar community. We believe that education can help young girls and their families escape the cycle of poverty and open doors to a better future.
Our Narikuravar Project takes a unique approach, offering personalized tutorial support to girls who were forced to abandon their education due to child marriage. Because of the personalised attention, we can be more sensitive to their individual needs and learning styles, which helps them not just catch up but also lead a successful life.

(ii) Kattunayakan Project: The VFH Foundation stands with the Kattunayakan community, helping them through education and access to basic needs. We’re working to bridge the gap, providing weekend classes and helping secure official documents like community certificates, which will allow them to access better opportunities and services. But our support goes beyond paperwork. We understand the importance of sanitation, healthcare, and proper nutrition too. That’s why we work hand in hand with the community and address their specific needs.
Student Education Fees:
The VFH Foundation adopts students and provides educational fees to support them in completing their education. By alleviating the financial burden, we ensure that these students can focus on their studies and pursue their academic goals without hindrance.
